"Job description: A full-time result oriented virtual assistant able to productively work in a fast-paced online environment.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Emails, and/or similar software applications.
· Must be proficient in the use of the English language (written and oral).
· Previous experience related to the position in a BPO setting is preferred.
· Must be result-oriented, detail-oriented, resourceful and has accurate data entry skills.
· Excellent administrative skills: organizational, time management, customer service, multi-tasking and problem solving.
· Can follow and execute written and verbal directions and works with minimal supervision
· Able to provide excellent customer service .
· Has the ability to complete repetitive, fast-paced work.
· Able to build productive business relationships with clients.
· Possesses a professional attitude.
· Willing to work on a graveyard shift in Imus City, Cavite.
