"Job Description: The Team Lead's role involves ensuring that quality and efficient technical
support is delivered through the daily management of boiler machine representatives.

Qualifications:
● Previous Team Lead post experience in a BPO setting is an advantage.
● Able to inspire the trust and respect from the team and stimulate production within the
workplace.
● Knowledgeable in upselling of services to the customer and in generate sales leads
● Internet & computer savvy, knowledgeable in MS Office including Word, Excel,
Emails, and/or similar software applications.
● Highly-analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
● Must be accurate, dependable, detail-oriented, and attentive to values accuracy.
● Must have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
● Willing to work in Imus, Cavite on a graveyard shift.
