Job Description: A full-time bilingual Customer Service Representative who will use Mandarin and/or Cantonese language/s as primary medium in dealing with overseas customers.
· Must have good business writing and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
· Previous experience related to the position in a BPO setting is an advantage.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other relevant computer applications is a must.
· Must be accurate, dependable, detail-oriented, and attentive to values accuracy.
· Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
· Internet and computer savvy.
· Willing to work on a graveyard shift in Imus City, Cavite.
· Call center experience is a plus.
Offer 50,000.00 to 60,000.00 Philippine Peso
